About the Role
We are looking for proactive and field-oriented Regional Operations Executives to manage solar project execution activities in their assigned districts. The role involves coordinating with local electricity board division and sub-division offices, obtaining site feasibility approvals, tracking applications, and ensuring timely solar installation and net-meter commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local electricity board division and sub-division offices for solar project approvals.
- Follow up on site feasibility approvals and application processing.
- Track applications from submission through installation and net-meter commissioning.
- Conduct site surveys and assess site readiness for solar installations.
- Coordinate with customers, installation teams, and internal project execution teams.
- Resolve field-level issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with electricity board officials and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit daily status reports on applications, approvals, installations, and pending activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field operations; solar EPC experience preferred.
- Education: Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Must reside in or near the assigned district.
- Two-Wheeler: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
- Language: Fluent Gujarati is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong coordination, follow-up, communication, and reporting skills.
- Candidates with experience coordinating with electricity boards or handling solar rooftop applications will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Department: Operations – Project Execution. Work Mode: Field-based, with regular site visits and office coordination.
