Job Description – Solar Service & Maintenance Executive
Location: Vizianagaram & within 20 km
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer home visits for solar system service and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the concerned department for customer service requirements.
- Handle MCB fitting, electrical wiring, and minor electrical maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic solar and electrical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and solar systems.
- Prior experience in solar service/maintenance will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates must be based in Vizianagaram or within a strict 20 km radius.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits is required.
