Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new customers for solar rooftop EPC projects.
- Conduct direct sales visits and meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain project benefits, pricing, ROI, and government subsidy options.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for site surveys.
- Follow up with leads from enquiry to closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales-to-project handover.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in direct sales / field sales, preferably in solar, EPC, electrical, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proactive approach with good lead-generation ability.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
Preferred: Experience in Solar Rooftop / EPC sales will be an added advantage.
