Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to solar systems and service requirements.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions or coordinate with the technical team.
Raise and manage service tickets for customer queries and complaints.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service engineers and customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Electrical educational background is preferred.
Experience in the renewable energy/solar industry is preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and service/ticketing systems is preferred
